submiting your band profile,
pictures, demos and videos, you
agree to and accept the
following:
- That the
submitted details can
also be used on our
extended network sites
including Myspace and
Facebook.
- That all
material submitted is
original , is not
subjected to copyright
and that you have the
rights to publish the
material on behalf of
yourself or an act.
- That you
accept legal
responsibility for all
copyright violations.
- That we
can use the material
submitted to promote our
network sites.
- That we
can create our own
banners or images from
the material provided to
use on our own sites to
promote your act and our
site.
- To edit
any of the material
submitted to our site to
fit the style and purpose
of our site or to help
promote our site and your
act.
- That in
any competition or chart
voting disputes, our
decision is final.
- That on
submitting material for
publication, you will link
and maintain a link
from your band site to
ours.
- That we
reserve the right to
remove your material at
any time without reason
or notification.
- That we
can use your e-mail
address to contact you
with related information
or site updates.
- That we
can publish your e-mail
address on your profile
page to allow visitors
the opportunity to
contact you.
- That you
will not submit any
material for publication
that is unlawful, racist,
homophobic or offensive
in the extreme.
- That when
we write a review, it
will be an honest review.
- To ensure
opportunities for all,
acts who fall off the
Bands UK Network sites
may not have any new
applications considered
for 12 months.
SPONSORSHIP
- By Sponsoring
the Bands UK Network,
your banner will be
placed on pages
throughout our site.
These pages may vary.
Your banner may also be
rotated on our Home Pages
alongside other Sponsor's
banners.
- Your
banner placements on our
sites lasts for a
minimum of 12 months.
After 12
months, your banner
will continue to be
displayed as long as
your profile remains
active.
Two additional demos
can be listed anytime
within the following 6
months.
